Procchio is a small holiday village on the north coast of Elba, with a long sand beach, hotels, restaurants, bars and shops. The house is situated on a hill, the beach is ca. 500 meters on a path. Also the beautiful small beach of Spartaia is ca 600 meters distant. Procchio, the next village, is 1 km, Marciana Marina 7 km.

This flat is situated in front of Vecchio Casale. It is spacious, has two bedrooms, one double and one twin bed, a big kitchen-living room with a fireplace and a bedsofa, a terrace on two sides and a bathroom. Beautiful view from the terrace on the sea.
The standard is good: washing machine, central heating and TV.
A small boat house in Spartaia can be used to leave beach equipment like umbrellas or sun beds or a small boat. Parking in front of the house.
